Xiaoguang Li

Xiaoguang Li received his B.E and Ph. D degrees in electronic engineering and circuit and system from the Beijing University of Technology, Beijing China, in 2003 and 2008 respectively. He is presently an associate professor of the Faculty of Information Technology, Beijing University of Technology. He was a research assistant at Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2006, 2007 and 2009 and a visiting scholar at the University of Sydney from Feb. to Jul. 2012. He is now a visiting scholar at Media Communications Lab (MCL) at University of Southern California (USC) under the supervision of Prof. C.-C. Jay Kuo. His research interests include image super resolution, face hallucination, high dynamic range image processing and medical image analysis.

Chao Yang

Chao Yang received his Ph. D. degree in Communication and Information Systems from Shanghai University. He is now a postdoctoral researcher at Media Communications Lab (MCL) in University of Southern California (USC) under the supervision of Prof. C.-C. Jay Kuo. His research interests include video compression and video processing.

Xinfeng Zhang

Xinfeng Zhang received the B.S. degree in computer science from Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin, China, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2014. From, Jul. 2014 to Oct. 2017, he was a research fellow in Rapid-Rich Object Search (ROSE) Lab in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is currently a Postdoc Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA. His research interests include image and video processing, image and video compression.
